We tried the desktop app, a linxsys pap2, and a snom phone and they all have the same problem: when I get an incoming call, it rings, but when I answer nothing is happening and on the other line it still rings as if I never answered. Also, I cannot make any outgoing calls. If you could help, I would appreciate it.
Thanks.

Re: new user, cannot make the service work
How is you Snom configured?
The D-LINK DIR-825 router giver problems with SIP/voip devices or so it seems

Have you got a different router that you can try?

You did not answer the main question ... how is your Snom configured? Can you plug the Snom in front of the router (it probably has a second Ethernet port (you are using the correct ethernet connection?) that you can plug the router into to keep the internet going for nowaniacjro wrote:No, we don't have another router. I guess that it has only one ethernet port as it seems to be a DECT phone with VOIP. The manual is here in case you haven't found it.dibsmft wrote:You did not answer the main question ... how is your Snom configured? Oh, and of course you need to have purchased the login info to run FPL on an ATA. If you have not done that the it will not login. The PC software should work OK so it is probably your router causing the problem.
