Toll Free failing

I'm having a problem with my FPL service - all toll free calls are failing outbound. No problems with 'regular' numbers - only TF. The list below is at least 3 different terminating carriers (Bell, TELUS, and Rogers).

Call log from the website shows normal completion, but I get dead air...

Here's the cut and past from the call logs on the website:

I should add, I'm using a Linksys SPA3102 ATA; purchased my unlock key over a year ago; and have made no config changes (dialplan, routing, nothing...) and have only noticed this behavior in the last couple of days.

It's not intermittent - I cannot call out to any TF numbers successfully.

You call call any toll free number in Canada or US with Skype. There is no restriction or charge.

There are other ways for me to call the numbers, yes; but it doesn't solve the actual problem, either...

That said - after a week or so of not working, as of this morning, I can call TF successfully again.. Strange.
