Ported number, SMS not working, 1 MONTH and still not fixed.

Hey guys,

1. When I first ported my number to fongo, I was able to make calls and wasnt able to receive them. Opened a ticket and this got resolved.

2. The text messages werent working, I was able to send and not able to receive messages, after carefuly reviewing the problem it got resolved with fongo and they fixed it, was working great was able to send and receive sms text.. Was working for about 2 days.

3. Then this is where all the problem started with the SMS text:

Everytime when someone sends a text message, the person sending the text messages gets a sms text message saying: MESSAGE to LANDLINE (my telephone fongo number), If written in English, reply E to send it. etc.... message number is 465641. Also when someone messages me, the phone rings and gives me an option to listen to the message. I called all my previous providers and they all confirmed there were no traces of my number in their database or services and was 100% cancelled. I have called sales 100 times, I messaged mike on the forums, nobody was able to help me sort this situation out.

I pretty sure this is a fongo based issue, probably they mixed up my number and put it on their home fongo voice over ip number instead of assigning it to the cell phone voice over ip number.

Till today, this issue has not been looked at. On top of all this I have my business line on this number. People cannot text me. Someone solve this. Very upset for this matter. Someone come up with a solution, im tired of tickets and waiting and waiting with no results.

Is anyone going to bother looking into this, or what. I think I have been patient enough for about almost now 2 months... I called the sales and they tell me to write here for support, and nobody cares, I message the moderators here and yet still nothing.

People have mentioned that they are not getting fast responses though.

Personally I can't see how you are getting messages like that. As far as I know Fongo does not have a text to voice system. I have tried many times in the hope that I could get text messages sent to my house line, but nothing.

If you want to PM me your number I am more than willing to try texting the number from here to see what happens.
