Toronto incoming call is not working

after outgoing is back, incoming call is out of service

I got the same problem.
I rebooted router.
I rebooted ATA.
A phone call from my cell to my VoIP at 17:00 worked OK
From the same cell at 22:00 DID NOT work and went into voice mail.
This is Toronto time, 16-January-2013.
Online status is 'registerded'
and I am able to make outgoing calls anywhere + outgoing calls to my voice mail.

Is this on my end, or is Fongo doing something with servers?????

ADDED: I just did 2 more checks: I called 2 different FreePhoneLine numbers in Toronto that I know, they both went straight into voicemail, so they are not receiving incoming calls either. So this is not on my end, this is more wide-spread.
