Cannot Make Calls - Obi100

Post by shawn122 »

Hello,
I have done my best to read on how to setup with freephoneline.ca and I can receive calls.
However I cannot seem to dial out. (As an aside I also created a voip.ms account and I am able to connect with no issues ie. make and receive calls)

I purchased the Obi100 and upgraded to the latest firmware. I have setup everything locally and not through obitalk.com
I followed all the settings as described in the device configuration page (here and here)

When I dial out I hear on the line: "The number you dialled...was rejected by the service provider. Reason is 4-0-0"
I can receive calls with no issue.

Any help is appreciated. If I can't get this to work, I will ask for a refund for my unlock settings.

Many thanks.

Sorry about that. I didn't know it got locked. I ended up fixing the issue by disabling the sip alg setting in my router.
