This is getting ridiculous now. This is the fourth time in the time span of one month that I have had the issue of not being able to receive incoming phone calls. Get some better technicians working on this issue. If this would of happened to me in my IT infrastructure, it wouldn't take a month to fix a major issue!!!!

I agree, you should get better technicians. Freephoneline phone service is ROCK SOLID here!

I retract my previous statement...right now, Freephoneline phone service is DEAD...as in NO INCOMING + NO OUTGOING!

I get the feeling that the status page is manually updated because my call logs indicate the problem as early as 12:09 local time today. On the positive side, they got it updated...
This has been happening a few times lately, service has been good for 2 years now. What is going on ?
So Fongo Status page http://status.fongo.com/ says that Fongo customers are not affected? Do we have to pay $5 a month now for reliable service? I dont mind paying that now, i just want a phone that works.
I take these interruptions as signs that something is being done to reduce if not eliminate the "Destination out of order" and "Switching equipment congestion" errors.
