No outgoing call

Hi,
it's few days i can not call any number from my FPL on my desktop and i cannot even call my voicemail but i can receive a call .
i already trid Test connection and it's testing for 24 hours but not finished and nothing happend .
this problem start 5 days ago and after that everythings was good and working .
also i removed FPL from my desktop and download and install it again but i have the same problem .
i appreciate in advance for your help .

Can you PM me your number? I'll make a few tests from your account and see if we can rule it out as an account problem, or a local network issue, that's causing your problems.
