Primary and Secondary DNS Servers

What should I have in my adapter settings under Primary and Secondary DNS Servers? Are they determined by my internet provider or are they already preprogrammed in my adapter settings?

Nothing, at least I don't think. I don't have anything set in mine. Your router should be the one that needs to know this.

Would it be worth you taking screen shots of your current settings? someone might see something that might help.

As Jake said, "nothing". But I should add that DHCP must be set to Yes, in which case it will use the DNS from your router.
