Quite quick apology...
Hello, I just felt I ought to apologise as I appear to have received an incoming call from CS (for reasons unknown) but I had my device volume turned down so I was unable to hear anything and in my panic, my finger brushed the 'end' button (it is touch screen, you see). CS did not ring me again so I can only assume that it was not an urgent call, but nevertheless I wanted to apologise to whoever was on the other end. Very sorry.
