I tried numerous times to purchase my unlock voip key with 3 credit card, today without success.
The error message I got is: "Error: Maximum attempts reached".
this is the same adress and mastercard say that my card is ok
Is there any other way that I can pay for my unlock voip key for freephoneline service montly free? How can I contact customer service by phone?
Thanks
Martin

Thanks for your post.
I tried two credit cards and kept getting errors. I'll try a little longer before looking for alternatives.
You'd think it would be easier to get them to take your money...

Do you have an address with an apartment number by chance?
If so, I found that if I entered in the credit card address info a street address format like 123-5555 Street Name (123=unit number and 5555 street number).... then it would reject. but if I entered 5555 Street name and then on the line below "unit 123" then my credit card would go through. Something to try out if that is your situation....

Maximum attempts reached means that you have reached your daily refused attempts limit (more or less)

Re: I can't purchase my unlock voip key
It worked! Thanks for the help. As suggested, I put my apartment number on the second line and put my street name in English which is the way the credit card company has it instead of in French which is the way that Canada Post has it.
Looking forward to setting it up...
