I got the similar problem.

I am close to run out my long distance credit and plan to purchase some. But I can't go through the web purchase since it complains either IP not match(at work) or something else (at home).

So I sent request to purchase $50 of credit 3 days ago (ticket #3956), but no response yet.

marlham is an area we can port from.

It is now set-up so that if you want to port your number, you log into your account, go to online store and select number porting. The process will even confirm if you are able to port that number or not.

I was able to port my number from online store, that's awesome, thanks Mike.
Here are the steps:
* register desktop app in "App Settings"
you will be assigned an account phone number which does not matter, I guess it won't be used after the number porting
* go to "Online Store" - "Purchase Options"
* select "$25 One-time fee" from "Transfer My Number:"
* follow the instructions

Excellent!!! In setting up the porting proces this way, it makes easier and quicker to get it going and it can be started at any time of day, and day of the week :D

I just went through the process, but at the end it says:

Error: PaymenTech error: Transaction error: 'Merchant Override Decline'

However, I logged into my credit card website and it shows the transaction there.

Who do I contact?

Wonderful, Free Phone Line works perfect for "FPL" now, my ATA device is obi110. At the beginning there was issue to make incoming call which always went to voice mail directly, it was quickly fixed by tweaking the obi 'General Service Provider' configuration.
