800 # do not work

When I call CRA(800-959-5525), it can not recognize my touch tone selection. Finally, when someone pick the phone, I can hear him but he can not hear me.
I tried both with and without started '1'.

I use softphone and just restart my computer.

Did you disable all firewalls, internet security applications and AV software?
Have you also forwarded UDP ports 13000-13001 and 6060-6061 in your router?
What version are you running?

Please try to provide as many details as possible for speedy help

What Steve said, DTMF and one way voice are usually a result of improper port setups on firewalls. (Remember most commercial SOHO Routers and Modem+Router combinations provided by your ISP include an IP Filter/Firewall normally often referred to as "Application Controls", sometimes more correctly referred to as Port Forwarding or Port Triggering.)

Actually OP is right.
I called CRA too yesterday, DTMF is not working (toll free number).

Called my credit card company's toll free number, DTMF is NOT working. Called the same company's regular number, DTMF is fine.

It looks like DTMF is not working on any toll free numbers.

I'm using SIP.

Can some one confirm that DTMF is working on them on outgoing calls to toll-free numbers. It still does not work for me. DTMF to regular numbers is just fine.
