Re: Calls Still Going Straight To Voicemail
Hi all,
I am experiencing the same problem since a few days ago. I have set the number of rings=5 to use my telephone set voice mail.
Currently, with an incoming call, there is a very short ring and the call goes directly to the FPL VM.
I have checked and re-set all device settings, the telephone set , the ATA device, the router.
Nothing seems to solve the problem from my end.
Sometimes it gets the VM working properly, and suddenly - which is now most of the time - it does not: short ring then directly to the VM.
Thanks,P

Re: Calls Still Going Straight To Voicemail
Still same issue.
One question though: Could it be happening when there is a high number of Internet open sessions?
Is any support specialist looking into it?
Thanks,
P.

Re: Calls Still Going Straight To Voicemail
You can try adding "Nat mapping enable", "NAT keep alive enable" and if that does not help then add STUN (a stun server is stun.callwithus.com) and try again. Remember to reboot your router and your ATA after making these changes.

Re: Calls Still Going Straight To Voicemail
It's definitely not related to the reg timeout. When I use EyeBeam, the service works, no matter what value I put there...

Re: Calls Still Going Straight To Voicemail
It's a software SIP client. It seems to always work as long as I use reasonable settings, no matter how I change the registration settings.hete wrote:What is Eyebeam ?
