No Outbound Audio

At first everything worked fine, just had abit of choppy audio having to ask the person on teh other end what they said alot, and vice versa. But now all of a sudden I can hear perfectly clear, not choppy anymore but they cannot hear me at all, i cant even record VM messages. Ports are still open, reset my router etc.

Im running the Softphone on Win Xp
Bell DSL internet connect
