As a fongo / FPL user, I appreciate that you gave us advanced notice via email and also on this forum, of scheduled maintenance being conducted in the early hours of 02/11/13 and 02/12/13. This is good to know. Letting us know reassures me that you are (a) properly communicating to your customers; and, (b) your equipment is being serviced, which I recognize is important. Thank you. Fortunately during those midnight hours I intend to be snoring away!
