Probably, though not as designed. I am not sure if Fongo has a mechanism is place to not use data when it comes to incoming calls, to stop you from running up the data charges. I doubt that though. I believe the main reason is that your telco does not handle NAT very well, and any incoming ports from the telco are hard to come by, especially from SIP VOIP, of which Fongo uses. That is not entirely purposeful, because of the way NAT works, but I do not see the telcos working real hard to fix the problem either.

Thank you bridonca, you're right,i think Fongo does not have the capability to receive calls on wifi.Incoming calls are switching on my,data only,3G connexion with Videotron. If you do find that it is the case ,with Fongo,let me know.Thanks again.
