Some phone number not working dialing out

Hi, i have tried for the last 4 or 5 month contacting someone a freephoneline or fongo to look at my problem
and no one seem to have taken a look at my problem

i have so far two important phone number that i used to be able to call but now they dont work anymore
when i call them with the iphone application or with my phone system (trixbox that work for all the other phone number that i dial) the call never go true anything
it goes blank no ringing to messages saying all line busy or whatever messages saying that its not working
so in short i have some phone number that cant be called with freephoneline/dell voice/fongo with or without there app for iphone or android

if customer support look at these messages, please contact me or you can do a follow up on these ticket nuber

they are all about the same problem, and they never got answer except last week when someone reply we do not support ata device please refer to the forum for answer
but the problem is not about my ata, but about number not being routed on your side to the proper provider

This sounds strange, what are the first 6 numbers of the numbers you are trying to call?

So you are saying that you can call 450-464-1234 for example, but not 450-464-1122 (<< your friends number)?

exactly, and the weird thing they use to work
i beleived they have switch from bell to s another provider, and for some kind of reason i will think that freephoneline, still try to resolve the call to bell instead where they are (it a crude way of seeing the problem) , i can try to ask them what provider they are on now if that can help

This sounds more like an account level problem. I can't see any reason why you can't call those numbers, they should be in the free calling areas.

Send a PM to Fongo Support with a link to this thread and give him the full numbers you are trying to call. It might be outside their system, but he should be able to check a few things for you.
