Calling out and incoming calls work fine.

I just tried mine, and calling the phone number directly (rather than *98) works for me.
What brand are you getting problems on? FPL, Fongo, Home Phone?
If it is FPL, which SIP server are you connected to? voip or voip2?

I just did some tests and it looks like the voip.freephoneline.ca SIP server is playing up.
My line was connected to the voip2. and voicemail works, but when I change to the voip. server is fails.
Either change your settings to the voip2.freephoneline.ca server, or wait until Fongo either see this or work it out.

I'm with freephoneline, and it doesn't matter if I use voip2 or voip server. Same problem

I tested it a couple of times with my setup here.
When I was connected to the voip server it won't call the voicemail (in fact it could be that the registration drops), but when I was connected to the voip2 server it is fine. Did you save your settings when you tried the other server? I have tried this with 3 different FPL accounts and it does the same on all of them.

Yeah, when you change servers, the settings are saved. Also, the ATA registered fine.
