FPL Softphone w/ Call Block vs ATA w/o Call Block??

Post by Pirate »

One thing that bugs me is that... using the FPL softphone, a user can block caller ID. But with the purchase of the ATA config, the user can no longer block caller ID (*67)... or is there a way to make *67 work with the ATA adapter?

*67 Does work, I've used it many times - Which device are you using?

Hmm, well the PAP2T is easy to troubleshoot being one of the most simple devices out there for VoIP gateways... I'll see how mine is set up and post it here.

Really? When I press *67, it says Not supported by your tariff.... I am using it with a PAP2NA. Do I need to enable it or something? Thanks!

If it's says "Not supported by your tariff", it means it's actually dialing that number. You need to enable that feature in your adapter settings.
