If running a cable from the ATA to your bedroom, or utilising any cables that are already in the house - a set of walkabout phones is the easiest way. Plug the base station into the ATA and then you can put the other phones wherever you want.

If you can run a cable, then get a line splitter and an extension cable from Canadian Tire or The Source and plug the splitter in the back of the ATA. Plug both the phone you have now and the extension cable into the splitter and then the other phone into the end of the extension cable.

As Jake suggest the least complicated way is to use already present wiring in the house or a cordless phone set. If you were thinking of a second connection via the internet to the same number then that is a little more difficult as Fongo only allows a single connection at a time but I suppose you could close the day time connection and connect in the bedroom but this would not be very convenient. The alternative might be to get a second Fongo number and make use of number forwarding to the bedroom number.
My least expensive source of splitters is one of the various dollar stores.
