Can call out, but cannot call in

Hi, This a couple of days, my dell voice number can not call in. but I can call out no any problem. Can somebody help me? thank you.

Make sure you disable FOLLOW ME SETTINGS

just ported my number, coudln't figure out why i coudln't call in. this fixed my problem. THANK YOUUUUU!!! :D
