No Incoming calls (after ATA Reset works again for some time

Hi for the past 4 days I been having problems not getting incoming calls.
When dialing my number there's not even a 'ringing' tone.
After sending a reset to the ATA everything is back to normal but after 15-20 minutes the problem comes back again.
I bought the ATA from FPL (GrandStream HT287 Rev4.1)
I've forwarded to ports to the ATA from the router already (UDP 5060-5061 & 10000-20000)
Router: Lynksys WRT54G2 V1.5.02
ISP: TekSavvy /DSL

Great and Very quick response.

I got a document with the settings to use for my ATA from the FPL Support team.

After applying these everything is working perfectly.
