I have been having this problem lately: I have my calls to my Rogers cell phone forwarded to my FPL number when the cell phone is off. However, many times (but not always) the forwarded calls go straight to my FPL voice mail, without the phone even ringing. Over the last couple of months I also noticed that my FPL lines (I have two lines) fail to register with the server. I am not sure if the two problems are related but they are quite annoying.
Would anyone have any idea of what might be going on? Thanks.
