HELLO,
For some reason I do not get call waiting. If I am on the phone and get incomming calls it goes to "the person you are trying to reach is not available".
Any thoughts on how I can enable call waiting ?

Re: NO CALL WAITING
Call waiting is broken at Fongo's FPL, so NO, you can not enable call waiting at your end. You can beg that they fix it!dana_aki wrote: ...

Re: NO CALL WAITING
Freephonline & Clearpointel the call waiting is working just fine on all devices througout my family in which they live in different cities different ATA devices. Is it possible, that the above posters can re-check again what ports are blocked?
PS: Factory reseting the ATA SIP device will automatically re-activate the call waiting feature.

Re: NO CALL WAITING
/TLDR
Well it works now without doing anything on my network and ATA in the last 2 years. I do know that if my internet works and my FPL phones do not, it is 100.00% on Fongo's failure.
I have 4 VOIP lines (2 are FPL, for redundancy) on three PAP2Ts. Each line has its own SIP and RTP port range that are forwarded in the router and not a single problem EXCEPT on FPL lines when Fongo screws up (as they had, big time recently).
