Trying to port number and other issues

Hi.

I am a new customer and today i tried to port my number. The system refused my payment 3 times even though the credit card company told me that on their end the authorized the payments but then the merchant canceled it. Now it says max attempts reached and that is it. I sent an email and there is no number to call at Fongo or FPL. And you guys did accept payment from credit card for the SIP credentials.

I also have another question. Is it possible to increase beyond 5 rings before the voicemail kicks in? Can this feature be added?

I am still waiting. Is there someone I can talk to so I can give the information by phone to have a manual override of the error. Because this is ridiculous to be honest. And the most baffling of all is how you accepted the same credit card payment for the sip credentials. I might end up having to pay an extra month with pay due to this whole fiasco.

EDIT: FYI I tired again with the porting and it still says the maximum number of attempts reached. Am I forever locked out of porting a number to FPL?
