Obi110 for Freephoneline no incoming

Hello,

I've just bought the obi110 and the unlock code from freephoneline. After setting up freephoneline at sp1, I was able to receiving inbound call without issue. However, the incoming call is not working. I got a message saying "The user you are trying to reach is not available." Can someone please help?

What did you put for the URI in the Obi? It's not specified on this forum, but I found it can effect whether it works or not. I think mine is set to voip.freephoneline.ca.

Post your settings. I have the Obi110 and its working okay.
I had a problem where it wouldn't connect however it was a router problem.

The issue is resolved. OBI automatically turned on the DND and call forward, so I disabled it and it works! Thanks.
