Call forwarding: Does Fongo stop forwarded numbers?

I'm trying to forward both my Voxox number and my Nettalk number to my Freephoneline.ca (Fongo) number. Both don't forward. Its hard to believe that both Nettalkn and Freephoneline are down in their call forwarding areas at the same time. Wondering if anyone else is able to forward other numbers and answer them on their Fongo/DellVoice/Freephoneline number? It worked for me about a week or so then it just stopped. Obviously I'm using the same settings as before.
