Hi guys,
I currently use a (514) on my linksys voip ata it works great i could send in/out calls.
I decide to buy a new sip number so I got this new area code that is for the Montreal/laval region 579 , all my ports are the same nothing change in my configuration the only change is the username and password.
and also the area code.
I just can't received calls.
I had tried calling from my own cell phone with is a 514 fido also few my friends called me from bell, virgin, rogers providers is the same message a Loud beep and hangsup call.
if you need more information please advice.

Your best bet is to send a PM to Fongo Support with your number and a link to this thread and ask him to look at it. This sounds like an account set up problem.
It might also help if you explain what message you are hearing.

I still have not resolved my issue with incoming calls, I tried everything on this forum , even tried to monitor with wireshark to see why incoming calls are not coming
and when I call it just stays there waiting for call this happens only with my 15799799393 , with my other number 514 with i got from freephoneline as well it works fine!
so there really no problem with the settings from my router. is really incoming calls not coming in please help
