For more than last 2weeks my incoming calls go straight to voicemail, anyone know to solve this problem please help!
I am with Rogers using modem/router SMCD3GN and voip adapter is SPA3102. Thanks

Please ensure that DND and CFW are not enabled on your SPA3102.
Try dialing *73 then hang up (deactivate call forwarding), and than dial *79 and hang up again (deactivate Do Not Disturb)
Please try incoming calls once you have performed the steps above.

Thank you very much for your instructions I got the phone working now since last night. Just wondering how come it was working fine with with setup CFM and DND are enable be4 but not for the last 3 weeks? Thanks again
