FPL stopped working the second day

Hello, I got the free phone line key and set it up on SPA122 two days ago and everything working perfectly.

But starting from this morning, it stopped working , first, it couldn't call some numbers out for a while. and when I tried to call this number using my landline phone, didn't get any response, no phone rings nor voice mail. and then a lady from 705 area code called my landline says I called her 705 IP phone 3 times :( .

I don't think it was my ATA setup as it was working fine yesterday.

Can anyone form the support take a look for me please?
