Hi everyone, I'm at a loss here.
My FPL account has been working great for the past 2 months and it suddenly stopped working yesterday morning.
At first, I was able to make phone calls but when I called my FPL line using my cell phone, I was getting one of the following...
- ring then got my VoiceMail
- ring then dead air
- ring then a lady in Toronto picked up (strong accent and barely spoke English, but understood that she had no idea why my phone number was ringing over there)
btw... Follow Me is disabled
After contacting Fongo Support privately through the forum, we tried all sort of thing with my Bell 2wire modem and my OBI202. I've reset everything to factory default and nothing...
Now, I'm not even able to connect to the server, my OBI status is stuck on "Retrying Register (server=208.65.240.44:5060)"
I also tried two SIP client, one on my iPhone (3CX) and on my MAC (Telephone), they seem to be able to connect however when I make a call it says "This account number is not valid". (BTW, the iPhone connection was over 3G so it didn't go through my 2Wire modem).
Now the funny thing is that Fongo Support says he's able to connect and send/receive calls with my credentials on his side using Xlite.
I'm at a loss.
Can anyone help?

soooooo no idea what happened, if someone from FPL worked on the issue or not but everything is back to normal...
