Incoming Calls Issue - Lines Crossed with another

Hi,

I haven't been receiving any incoming calls since yesterday. I discovered that my incoming line has been crossed with another freephoneline customer. Our outgoing calls are fine but he is getting all of my incoming calls. Any advice?
