I purchased a Samsung Note 2 about 2 weeks ago and that same night purchased the VOIP unlock credentials to use on CSipSimple.
It worked perfect and worked like a charm
I need this because I have poor to no reception in my home and only use it to forward my cell to.
It worked great till a few days ago where it has now acted funny.
When my cell is forwarded to it, I can receive calls as normal but I cannot hear the person calling, but they said they can hear me.
I tried this at work and the same thing.
I tried this over LTE and the same thing.
Not sure what the issue is and hoping one of you experts can assist me to get this rectified.

I did check my home router (where I care to use it the most) and SIG ALG has been disabled

Some people have found that using the voip2.freephoneline.ca server instead of the voip.freephoneline.ca server helped in cases like this.
