I was thinking, what if someone, sometimes, somehow decides that you, me, ynagy, Hyrules, akoel, and a couple of dozen more guys have to be disconnected at a certain moment for a certain period of time?
20 or so of us is not such a big number for so many feephoneline subscribers is it?
Could anyone explain, why the problem is not spread to all the subscribers?

Hello there,
Please refer to the post below that was posted yesterday and follow the instructions provided.
Incoming call seems to be down here too 819. I cannot receive any calls. The IP address of voip.freephoneline.ca has changed. I updated my X_AccessList but the problem is not fixed.
I switched to voip2.freephoneline.ca which seems to be working.
It has being 2 weeks that I purchase a sip number but incoming are not coming in.
I had a 2nd sip number with freephoneline.ca and that one works fine.
still waiting for someone to help me.
One thing I did tried other then all the troubleshooting at the forum was to enable FOLLOW ME SETTINGS.
event with that enable can't get incoming calls.

Someone could probably help you if you input what's expected under "SIP Device Name:" in your profile.
I have two lines with freephoneline.ca, The first doesn't let the inbound sound in since 2 days, the other one was working just perfectly untill 10h00 this morning. Now the line doesn't ring anymore but I am able to perform outbound call, no problem.
Something must have change, since 2-3 days ago ???

Hello Eric,
To better assist you, please post your setup here (Modem/router ATA)
I am not receiving incoming call lately. It happened for a few hours yesterday (Feb 28 th) then I started to receive the call at night. But the problem came back again today. I am from Calgary (403444XXXX). Can anyone please let me know whether any service outage in Calgary? I checked the http://status.fongo.com/ and it looks there is no problem in the system. But I can't receive the incoming call. Everything was working fine before. I did not change my ATA setting or router etc. Someone please help.

Hello there,
Can you connect your SPA directly to the modem and let me know?

Hello there,
Can you connect your SPA directly to the modem and let me know?
Thanks,
Thanks for the reply. I will do that at afternoon once I will return to home from work. I will let you know what happens.
Same for me I will try it tonight and will let you know directly connected to the modem
But yesterday I have put my Sipura in DMZ in the router, it hasn't fixed the problem (the inbound sound was still, not passing through)
But it doesn't answer my other question about why one freephone line is working at 100% but the other one is working only one way. In my sipura I just change the username and password, using the same settings for both freephoneline lines. It is possible that both line are not going through the same place in your hardware equipment and this hardware are having different settings? To help troubleshooting, I can provide you my two phone numbers
It worked fine until very recent. Today is March 1, 2013 and it looks like it stopped working for incoming calls yesterday. I can call from my home FPL phone without any problem, but it does not receive incoming calls. We have 2 cell phones at home 1 served by Rogres and other by Fido and when I call from these phones to my home FPL phone I can hear few rings and sometimes FPL answering machine replies (but sometimes it doesn't and I hear silence), and the same time my FPL home phone does not ring at all. So, no incoming calls at all. However, my home FPL phone did ring a few times during these two evenings and when I picked up the phone I heard only silence. I've checked Logs at FPL WEB site and every failed call I made from both our cell phones are shown as perfectly successful. I have rebooted cable modem, my ASUS router and my Obi100 adapter and it did not help.
Guys, any idea what can be done?

I have hooked the SIP directly with my internet modem (Motorolla). The issue was not solved. However a little bit of improvement with some inconsistant results. In most cases calls were starting to come, but as soon I press the talk button of my home phone set, it disconnects the call. However, sometimes I was able to receive call. So, I thought it's not the router that was causing the problem. So, I have changed the setup to the previous state by connecting the SIP to the internet via the router. Since then I have tried a few times to call my FPL number from my cell phone. And all the calls are coming!!
I have no clue what was causing the problem before. I hope I won't have any issue further. If you guys have any recommendations/suggestions, please let me know. I will keep you posted if I have any issue.
Thanks..
