Hi all,
I'm having a problem with FPL voicemail. Incoming calls are working fine when someone is able to answer. However, if they are not answered after 4 rings (which is what I set in voicemail settings) then they receive a dialtone (sounds similar to a busy signal dialtone) instead of being sent to FPL's voicemail service. Therefore, no unanswered callers are able to leave a message. This is happening with both the ata and desktop application so I am thinking it is a problem on FPL's end. Any ideas for a solution to this problem?
Thanks.

What is your ATA model? Do you have any call examples? I can have a look.
Thanks,

Re: Voicemail not working?
My ata model is a PAP2t but it is also not working for the window desktop app so I don't think it has anything to do with my ata device.
I will send a PM with call details and account info so you can take a look.
Thanks.

Re: Voicemail not working?
One thing that you can try, is to connect the PAP2 straight to the modem and see if the issue is still present.slates wrote:My ata model is a PAP2t but it is also not working for the window desktop app so I don't think it has anything to do with my ata device.
