Recently, I've updated my FPL app to version 3.2.6.0 and I'm running into a problem with the interactive voice recording. Every time I tried to make call to an IVR and, all I hear is the (DING!) sound but I can't hear the interactive voice recording on their end.
I've also tried to use my cellphone to call that IVR # and I don't have problem getting thru. I didn't have this problem with the older version not sure what has changed here.
Anyone else having the same issue or know how to resolve this issue?
Greatly appreciated for your advices.
Update: When I connected the modem directly to my PC and I have no problem hearing the interactive voice recording on their end. but when I connected the router back then I can't hear the IVR.. ( I have no problem with outgoing and incoming calls. The only issue is when I tried to call IVR.)
I've tried port forwarding and also set my PC to DMZ on the router and still not working.
Problem Solved: Add this to the hosts file: 208.65.240.165 voip.freephoneline.ca
