About a week ago I submitted all my documents for porting my landline number over, and confimed my account was active so it could be billed.
The thought just occurred to me that while I am waiting patiently, I have no confirmation that my files were received.
I'm a bit nervous that I could be sitting patiently for weeks thinking my number is being prted when in fact maybe FPL never received the documents?
Do you normally send out a confirmation message?
