No dial tone

can you post some details of your setup? Are you using an ATA? What is your Modem, router, etc.

Last week I had one way communications proplem on incoming & outgoing calls. So I disabled the firewall on myrouter & its worked fine for 3 days. But now no dial tone & I can't revive or make calls. I am using bell 2wire router & linksys spa1001 adaptor. I had it for more than a year with out any proplems.

Please try powering off your equipment and try again. If this is still an issue, please send a PM to any of the mods(including myself) and they should be able to help.

I tried resetting & powering down, I send in a email with my tp# to support@fongo.com as well waiting for reply.

I tried power it off & reset. Still same no dial tone. I did pm my tp# to fongo as well.

I had the same problem yesterday between 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Now, it's working.
