My Freephoneline.ca phone which had been working fine over couple of years just stopped working today.
Checked the internet connection which is fine and the greenline on the ATA is also there but I do not have dialtone and can not make or receive calls.
Tried switching power off on the ATA and putting it back on after a few minutes but nothing is working.
I logged on to my Freephone line account and in settings I just noticed that SIP status is shown as Disconnected. I do not know why this is showing the status as disconnected.
I need help in resolving this as I do not have any other home phone line. How to contact customer support team of Freephoneline.ca to have this fixed.

I have one of my trunks that has gone down also. It is the only one on voip.freephoneline.ca server.
Try swapping the registration to voip2.freephoneline.ca and see if it registers again.
