FPL Outage in Kingston - 05 March 203

I live in Kingston and our home phone service has been out since this morning. Any idea what the cause is or, more importantly, when service will be back to normal?

Service back up. Not sure if this was due to powering down our combined ATA/Modem for 10 minutes then restarting, or if the service was dealt with by Fongo.
