VoIP unlock code - connection to PBX
I have purchased unlock code and tried to connect line to PBX. It has been working all last year but stopped this February. I have status as connected but some message "wrong DID" or else. The result is - when call placed it is not reaching PBX and going directly to voicemail. I am wondering whether it is blocking of third party PBX from Fongo or just some IPs?
Any suggestions very appreciated.

Re: VoIP unlock code - connection to PBX
They do block the useragent 'Asterisk'. But you say that it has been working all last year. Did you update or change the PBX?
There are many people on here that use all different sorts of PBX systems, myself included, so if they started to block PBX connections there would be a lot of posts about it. There must be an issue with your setup I would suggest.
Double check the information you entered (username, password, sip server, etc) and maybe post a bit more about your setup. Someone might be able to suggest some more help then.

I have checked and re-checked all configurations, re-entered all SIP credentials - nothing helps. When PBX trying to connect Fongo server and sends all credentials it receives message "wrong DID". 3CX desktop application with same credentials working fine.

Sorry for delay with answer. I am connecting to on-line PBX which allowed attach incoming line. I dont know detailed configuration burt have web brouser acces to it. Tne customer support told me that they have message "not matched incoming DID" when their server "speaks" to Fongo. In configuration browser I can see that line isshown as "connected" to PBX but incoming call is not pasing and I dont know why.

I'm not sure what to tell you, and their doesn't seem much you can do yourself.
The only thing I would suggest is to PM Fongo Support and see if he can look at your account and tell anything.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Re: VoIP unlock code - connection to PBX
What you have to do is: under incoming route trunk name put your FPL phone number instead FreePhoneLine name.
From now on they use your username (which is your FPL phone number) instead of Freephoneline name.Of course no one let us know
As we speak I develope another problem:I can't call in or out- my calls they going straight to voice mail. My call logs says unallocated (unassigned) number. I have this number running on Pbxes about 2 years now.
I reset my Pbxes account just now and is working now , but for how long no one knows.
I was trying to change the SIP server name on voip2.freephoneline.ca , but Pbxes doesn't let me saying I'm not a paid account with the trunk provider.
I know we don't have support on third party ATA's and different SIP Agents , but guys come in I just want this number to work and I know this is problem with FPL system which is not working properly.
Can Support say a word on this issue please. Thanks

The problem with pbxes is not FPL. Pbxes has decided not to support them on free accounts anymore.

Re: VoIP unlock code - connection to PBX
When I switched to voip2.freephoneline.ca PBX connected to line but quality of calls was low. Switching back to voip.freephoneline.ca - same history, showing as connected but all calls going to voicemail. The message in PBX "wrong DID" from fongo server. Have no comments - maybe someone smarter able to tie ends.MrDoo wrote:The problem with pbxes is not FPL. Pbxes has decided not to support them on free accounts anymore.
