Hello,
I can call to my FPL number and I hear it ring and the Softphone (SP) 2.2.3.0 rings also. But when I answer the call the Softphone shows the timer as if it picked up but the caller still hears the ring then it goes to VM. If I try to call while the SP is still connected I get a busy signal.
If I try to call out with SP it never shows connected nor does the receiving number ring.
I have added the ports 13000, 13001, 5060 to the firewall and changed the port in the SP to 5060 as well but it does not help. I have tested the ports with PortForward PortChecker and they are open to the internet. Use of 'Test Connection' gives :
Status: Ready
Results: Call Service is OK
Sound data transfer: unable to send/ receive sound data! Port 5060 should be available.
Possible reasons: NONE
Any Ideas?
Rob

You did a port forward rule in your router correct? You'll want to make sure the port is forwarded to the PC with the softphone and not just opened.

Yes, port-forwarded to the IP of my computer. It has no active windows firewall either.
What concerns me more is that portchecker could connect to these ports just fine!
One more thing, if I call from a land line and click Ignore from the popup, the call goes straight to VM !
