I don't know anything about the OBI products, but someone wrote these that might help, although they are not for your specific ATA.

Re: Issues configuring OBI202 with FPL SIP account
I put the same thing in the URI box as the User Name. Mine also shows "registered" and the GV's show "Connected". It makes and receives calls. Are you having problems?mmbiker wrote:Need some serious help setting up my Obi202 with Freephoneline.ca SIP account:

Re: Issues configuring OBI202 with FPL SIP account
Is still not working...
Anyone know how to reset obi202? I try the button underneath the device, but doesn't reset... I want to key in my own ip so I can control the traffic better. I have a Cisco ASA firewall that I can open up wide open in terms of port but i need to key in a static ip to obi202...

It can be configured to reset just the voice or just the router settings

First of all, the obitalk website will undo changes that one makesmmbiker wrote:Is still not working...

to the OBi202. So, either do all your changes via the obitalk website using
the expert interface, or don't register the obi202 device with the obitalk
website (or unregister it if you already have it registered).

You have just enabled web access configuration for your device.
Next we will acquire the IP address of your device, if you haven't already done so. You can acquire the IP of your device by:
Picking up the connected handset and dialing *** and then dialing 1
You should be provided with the current IP address of your OBihai device. If your IP is 0.0.0.0 please make sure that your device is properly connected to your network.
Once you have acquired your IP login to your device by using http://DEVICE_IP/. If this is your first time logging into your device you may be asked to enter a username and password. By default for admin login this should be:
User: admin
Password: admin

Re: Issues configuring OBI202 with FPL SIP account
I finally got a static IP enter to my OBI202!
In the device webpage, I see this error in "SP1 Service Status":
Register Failed: 401 Unauthorized (server=208.65.240.44:5060; retrying)
I am using freephoneline.ca as my SIP provider, could it be the account itself??
