Hangup after 30 seconds

Hello,

Just tying out your softphone application, I have an issue where the person i'm calling is getting disconnected after 30 seconds into a call. Redid it a couple of times to be sure, and they always get disconnected after 30 seconds, i've timed it. Any suggestions regarding that issue?
