Not receiving calls from Acanac home phone users!

Hi There,

I was an acanac phone user, and recently changed to Freephoneline, and I have ported my number from Acanac too. I can receive and call numbers no problem, only problem I have is, when somebody with Acanac phone service tries to call me, they hear busy signal when they call me, But I can call them with no problem. Is there anybody experiencing this kind of problem, really appreciate any sort of suggestion.

I have exact same issues in this couple weeks.

I have two FPL numbers, one is using acanac ISP, another is using Rogers.

The Acanac one can call out, but can not get any calls.

Please help!!

Can you please provide additional details? Have you ported from Acanac recently? Was it working before and it just stopped working now? What is the model of your ATA?

I have ported from Distributel (CIA) for a while. I am not sure if it have ever worked before but I was told by a couple of my friends with Acanac phones that my number is always busy.
