Daylight saving configuration

Hi,

I'd like to set to setup HT 286 with daylight savings time. I've clicked yes under this settings.
But, every time I receive call it changes back one hour. Phone (KX-TGA931CT) is also set to automatic time as per the caller ID.
I'd greatly appreciate help with this.

Also, is there CNAM look up service I can add?
