1)
I ported my tel with Freephoneline in OCT 2012. Till 27th Feb 2013 phone worked well both for incoming and outgoing calls. Suddenly after that no incoming calls. Some outgoing calls are successfull but not all.
During this time or even after this I did not change any settings of my Linksysy PAP2T NA. (I mean to say that settings are not disturbed)
I changed Router in Jan. New Router is ASUS RT-AC66U
2)
According to freephoneline.ca web page -call logs - all calls are indicated as succesfull calls. Whereas the last call was received on 27th Feb 2013. When I try to call from my cell phone I do not hear any ring. Call goes directly to voice mail.
3)
I have two friends few blocks away. Both of them are Fongo customers. They have same problem.
Pls. guide me to find the solution.

You need to buy an Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) from Freephoneline.ca.
I had the same problem with 3rd party ATA.
Now it is OK.
