Hi there, I get annoying calls from SIP scanners and am looking for the IP range for voip.freephoneline.ca and voip2.freephoneline.ca to limit access only to these on my ATA.
Could you please provide these?

I believe they now resolve to fixed IPs, so 208.65.240.44 and 208.65.240.165 respectively.
Now the only trouble is that might change at any point - the voip one for sure has a few times recently.
Both of these IPs fall into the same netrange, so maybe these are the IPs you want to enter. Obviously you may have to change this is they change things, but if they stay in the same netrange then you should be OK.
I included the CIDR in case you can use that as your range. Fibernetics (Fongo's parent company) owns that complete netrange, so any hits from those IPs should be fairly safe.
