no incoming calls after porting

After porting my number I cannot receive any calls, I read the self help topics and updated my Modem as per the instructions in the PDF file for the HT701 modem.
This did not help, still cannot receive any calls, but now I have further complication I cannot make any outgoing calls as well;I receive “wrong password” error.
Can anyone help?

You need to log into your ATA and change your username from the temporary phone number Fongo gave you to your ported number WITH the initial 1. Save and reboot the ATA and it should work again.

Did that already, do you know the what the Authenticate Password is?

If you have changed that, you will have to PM Fongo Support and request it. In general it is not listed anywhere and only available on request.

Sorry I can't help any more, but as soon as it becomes an account level problem the forum mods can't really help any more, you need to talk to Fongo Staff (the ones in green)
