Can Not Purchase VOIP Unlock Key

Hello, I recently tried to purchase the SIP information with a prepaid VISA card. I tried 3 times and each time the transaction didn't go through. There is $75 on the card so it's more than enough. Its been a while since ive called customer support, now when I call all I can do is leave a message. Before I was able to give my information to the person over the phone and it went through fine. What are my options here guys? I already left a message with Fongo explaining my situation and asking them to call me back ASAP. Who would have thought it would be so difficult to give someone your money lol. Anyways any help appreciated, thanks.

I had similar issue a while ago, pay attention to your address you put in for the billing and make sure it's the same as the info you put in your profile.

It's a prepaid VISA so the address should be irrelevant. It wasn't a merchant error and the funds were not taken from the account. It just didn't go through. I have left mt second message today with them I hope someone can help me. The customer service is horrible.

I hink I got it figured out but now I am getting a Maximum Number of Attempts Error. Can any tech just call me and sort this out in 5 min? Or do i have to wait 24hr before my max number of attempts gets reset?
